Telephone counselling is a good alternative to traditional face-to-face therapy sessions. The number of sessions is usually limited to 6 sessions, and our facilitator, Anna, will discuss this with you at the assessment prior to your counselling sessions being arranged.
Telephone sessions are usually held weekly, at the same time. You will be given a password, which you’ll be asked for at the start of each session to safeguard your privacy (so we know it’s you we’re talking to) and we’ll never leave telephone messages for you unless we know it’s safe to.
Prices
Telephone counselling sessions cost £35 and last for 50 minutes. A free fifteen minute consultation will be available for you to discuss your needs and expectations with Anna. This consultation will also give you the opportunity to consider your options before making a commitment to engage in telephone counselling.
Payment for telephone counselling can be made by a one-off payment via PayPal or to Direct Counselling UK, where you can pay for the whole block of sessions at registration. Reduced fees are available in certain circumstances.
What To Do Next
Please call Anna on 0333 200 7206 to arrange your counselling. Anna can answer any queries you may have prior to beginning telephone counselling. Anna will also arrange a convenient time for your counselling session and will explain who your counsellor will be. Your counsellor will then contact you at the agreed appointment time.
If you enquire by email to telephone counselling, please note that email responses will be send from a generic address to protect your privacy, so please check spam or junk filters, or add enquiries-dc@hotmail.co.uk to your contacts.
