We offer two possible routes to online counselling; and our online service is the most flexible route to counselling if you have time, location or travel limitations.
Email Counselling
Once registered for email counselling, you’ll be appointed a counsellor by our facilitator, Anna. Your counsellor will receive and reply to your emails. You can write as frequently as you wish, and can end the service at any time. Emails will be replied to within 48 hours.
Video and Chat Room Counselling
Video counselling is available on a weekly basis. Your counsellor will meet with you online at an agreed time each week and conduct your therapy session using a webcam. Alternatively, you can arrange for counselling via a secure online chat room.
There are some important considerations that you should read before making any decision regarding email or video counselling.
Prices
Email responses are charged at £30 each and have a maximum 900 word limit. You’ll submit payment with your outgoing emails via PayPal, and you will not be tied to any minimum contract.
Online video and secure chat room counselling costs £35 per hourly session, and these are usually conducted weekly. There is no minimum contract.
What to do next
Call Anna on 0333 200 7206, to discuss your options and arrange your counselling. Anna can also answer any queries you may have prior to you deciding to commit to engaging in online counselling. One registered for email counselling, Anna will explain who your counsellor will be. For video and chat room counselling, Anna will agree a convenient time for your online counselling sessions and will explain who your counsellor will be.
Your appointed counsellor will be qualified to provide online counselling to the global community.
Please note that all email responses will be send from a generic address to protect your privacy, so please check spam or junk filters, or add enquiries-dc@hotmail.co.uk to your contacts.
Please read our Privacy Policy before making a decision about counselling.
