Face To Face Counselling

Face-to-face counselling is still considered to be the traditional method of therapy for most people; with telephone and online counselling offering practical, more flexible access to counselling services, for those with time, location or transport constraints.

We offer time-limited therapy of 8 sessions, which allows you to focus on a particular problem; and open ended therapy of 12 sessions or more. Appointments are available on weekdays, evenings and weekends at various locations throughout the UK. All our counsellors are qualified to at least Diploma level in Humanistic counselling and are BACP or UKCP registered, so you can be sure you will receive a high quality, professional service. Our associate counsellors bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the work you will do together; and many offer specialist skills.

Counselling appointments are usually held weekly or fortnightly at the same time and location to ensure continuity.

Therapy sessions are available to individuals, couples and groups.

Prices

Individual therapy sessions are charged at £40 per hourly session. Couple counselling is available at a cost of £35 per person and lasts from 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Group counselling costs £30 per person and lasts from 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Reduced fees are available in some circumstances and payment can be made at the time of the assessment session.

An assessment session is always conducted with Anna prior to any commitments to continue counselling are made. This gives you the opportunity to explore your issue in full, and to discuss your needs and circumstances before proceeding.

You are free to cancel sessions at any time, provided you give at least 24 hours notice.

If you require any further information before making a decision why not take a look at our FAQ page or blog page. If you cannot find what you are looking for, please do not hesitate to contact Anna who will be happy to help in any way possible.
