Face-to-Face Therapy Sessions
Our practice is based in Nottingham, and for those able to attend in person we offer time-limited therapy (8 sessions) and open ended or long term therapy (12 sessions and over). Therapy is available on weekdays and Saturdays at various locations throughout Nottingham.
Telephone Counselling
For those living further afield, or with mobility or time-related issues, our telephone counselling service may provide the solution. Once registered, your counsellor will call you on a landline number at the same time each week for your counselling session.
Online Counselling
Those needing greater flexibility will benefit from our encrypted email service, where emails can be sent and received at your convenience. Alternatively, we offer a secure, private IRC (chat room) online counselling service.
