What to do next
Send us an email outlining your issues. Please include your full name, telephone number and tell us when is the best time to call. One of our counsellors will then contact you within 48 hours to arrange an appointment. Please note that email responses will be send from a generic address to protect your privacy, so please check spam or junk filters, or add enquiries-dc@hotmail.co.uk to your contacts. Please read our Privacy Policy before making a decision about counselling.
Prices
Telephone counselling sessions are cost £30 and last for 50 minutes. Your first session is half price and is a chance for you and your counsellor to get to know each other before you commit to working together. You are free to cancel sessions at any time, provided you give at least 24 hours notice.
Telephone Counselling
Telephone counselling is a good alternative to traditional therapy sessions. The number of sessions is usually limited, and your counsellor will discuss this with you before counselling begins. Once registered, we will contact you to arrange a convenient appointment time. Telephone sessions are usually held weekly, at the same time. You will be given a password, which you'll be asked for at the start of each session, to safeguard your privacy (so we know it's you we're talking to), and we'll never leave telephone messages for you.
