Email responses are charged at £30 and have a maximum 900 word limit. You'll submit payment with your outgoing emails, and you will not be tied to any minimum contract. Online IRC (chat room) counselling costs £35 per hourly session, and these are usually conducted weekly. There is no minimum contract.

What to do next
Send us an email outlining your issues. Please include your full name, telephone number. One of our counsellors will contact you within 48 hours. Please note that email responses will be send from a generic address to protect your privacy, so please check spam or junk filters, or add "enquiries-dc@hotmail.co.uk" to your contacts. Please read our Privacy Policy before making a decision about counselling.

Our email service is the most flexible route to counselling. Once registered, you'll be appointed a counsellor who'll receive and reply to your emails. You can write as frequently (or not) as you wish,  and can end the service at any time.
IRC (chat room) counselling is also available on a weekly basis. Your counsellor will email you at an agreed time each week with a link to private, encrypted chat room. There are some important considerations that you should read before making any decision regarding email or IRC counselling.
